หลักการและเหตุผล

        สถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรแห่งอนาคต เป็นหน่วยงานภายใต้สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) ได้รับมอบหมายภารกิจให้ขยายขอบเขตการจัดฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร ในสาขาวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยี เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีในสาขาที่ สวทช. มีความเชี่ยวชาญ โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์รวมของการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ให้แก่หน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และบุคคลทั่วไป มีการจัดฝึกอบรม/สัมมนาในหลักสูตรต่างๆ สำหรับข้าราชการ นิสิต นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจทั่วไป ซึ่งทางเลือกหนึ่งในการศึกษาหาความรู้คือการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่สามารถทำให้ผู้เรียนได้เข้าถึงเนื้อหาต่างๆ ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา ผ่านระบบ Online Learning ของสถาบันฯ

        ภายใต้ภารกิจดังกล่าว สถาบันฯ จึงได้จัดทำ หลักสูตร Capture the Nature to Deliver the Treasureเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าฝึกอบรม ทราบถึงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละกลุ่มทางด้านยา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นยาเคมี สารออกฤทธิ์ทางเภสัชกรรม (API) สมุนไพร วัคซีน การวิเคราะห์ทดสอบ และการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี
